Job Description:

The ideal candidate serves as a senior-level technical resource responsible for maintaining computer system continuity, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of computing assets. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer service excellence to support our customer's technology needs.

The candidate performs the following specific assignments:

+ Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

+ Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

+ Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems

+ Manage new hire system setups and equipment deployment

+ Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management systems

+ Handle escalated support tickets and complex technical issues

+ Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base

+ Implement preventive maintenance procedures

+ Support infrastructure projects and system upgrades

+ Provide after-hours support as needed

Experience Required:

+ Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

+ 3-5 years of progressive IT support experience

+ Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues

+ Strong documentation and communication skills

+ Experience with help desk ticketing systems

+ Hardware repair and maintenance expertise

Experience Desired:

+ Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and setup

+ Ability to travel to DoD sites as needed

+ Experience with DoD documentation requirements

+ Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations

+ Understanding of cybersecurity requirements

+ Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
