The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization. With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system. *Position Summary:*We are looking for a dynamic and proficient*Application Specialist*with strong Functional Skills, specifically in*Finance and Supply Chain*. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of*2 years of ERP experience*with systems such as*Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP*. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.* * *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *ERP System Support:* o Provide functional support for Finance and Supply Chain modules. o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring smooth system operations. 2. *Business Analysis:* o Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. o Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and new features. 3. *System Configuration and Maintenance:* o Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs. o Perform regular system updates and ensure compliance with best practices. 4. *Training and Documentation:* o Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance system adoption. o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process flows. 5. *Collaboration and Communication:* o Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to implement and optimize ERP solutions. o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. *Project Support:* o Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projects. o Test new functionalities and ensure successful deployment. *Required Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (an Associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered). * A minimum of*2 years of ERP experience*with Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. * Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules. * Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with system implementations or upgrades. * Knowledge of SQL and PeopleSoft Query. * Understanding of other ERP systems or tools related to finance and supply chain management. * Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus. *Skills and Competencies:* * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. _We take great care of careers_.
