Quality Manager

Salary: **$80,000 - $95,000 / Year**

Sedona Staffing Services, in partnership with a Delaware County manufacturer, is seeking a **Quality Manager** to lead and oversee daily quality operations across all departments. This role involves close collaboration with the Engineering team to resolve issues and drive quality improvements. The Quality Manager will be responsible for product and process data collection, managing the Corrective Action System, calibration, internal auditing, and engaging in key customer activities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of **TS16949 Quality System Requirements, OEM expectations, and the Quality Operating System** used in manufacturing and distribution. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the selected candidate will be hired directly by the company and receive a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

+ **Education:** Minimum of a 4-year technical degree in science, engineering, or quality (Engineering degree preferred).

+ **Experience:** 5-8 years of experience as a quality assurance engineer or similar role, preferably within a Tier I automotive supplier environment.

+ **Industry Knowledge:** Proficiency in IATF16949 quality standards, APQP methodology, Control Plans, FMEAs, and PPAPs.

+ **Certifications:** CQE certification preferred.

+ **Process Improvement:** Six Sigma training (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.

+ **Leadership:** Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and 5-Why methodology.

+ **Technical Skills:** Strong statistical analysis abilities and proficiency in Windows-based computer programs.
