    The Client Trainer Specialist I is responsible and accountable for facilitating product training for less-complex Wholesale Payment Solutions. Their goal is to provide a best-in-class client experience by assisting clients in making a smooth transition to Truist Wholesale solutions, enabling Truist to achieve our vision and improve revenue realization.

     

    The Client Trainer Specialist I is expected to own the necessary steps to ensure client training is completed in a timely and successful manner even when aspects are delegated to others. They will collaborate with internal personnel, in verbal and written form, to ensure client readiness.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

     

    1. Responsible and accountable for facilitating less-complex product training within assigned implementations by planning, coordinating, and executing single or multi-product training sessions in a high quality, timely and efficient manner.

    2. Delivers interactive training sessions via different channels and mediums in accordance with performance standards.

    3. Works under direct supervision to support smaller and / or less-complex issues, clients, accounts, projects, analyses, or internal relationships.

    4. Accountable for the completion of assigned deliverables with little day-to-day management.

    5. Proactively communicates with clients and business/operations partners to coordinate and drive training efforts on behalf of the client.

    6. Maintains knowledge of less complex wholesale products and/or strong knowledge of one or more highly complex treasury products.

    7. Communicates clearly and professionally with the client and business/operations partners in written and verbal communications.

    8. Acts with urgency when responding to client training inquiries, meeting client needs, and providing industry-leading client service.

    9. Understands and demonstrates flexibility/adaptability to meet client needs.

    10. Adheres to the Risk & Regulatory Compliance framework; recognizing the risk role to be played in any given situation and the activities needed to proactively manage risk and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    1. High school diploma or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

    2. One year or more in Wholesale, bank operations, or other related industry experience.

    3. Diligent, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.

    4. Strong verbal and written communication skills – including the ability to be proactive and adapt messaging based on the audience.

    5. Possess strong presentation skills.

    6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent education and related training.

    2. Three or more years in experience Treasury.

    3. Training certification or equivalent facilitator experience.
