The **Digital Technology Services (DTS) Lead Data Analyst** is responsible for translating and programming vast amounts of data into understandable, relevant and actionable information. Interfacing with business units (finance, HR, etc.) across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network, will use expertise to provide business insights, design and deliver reports, and drive self-service reporting capabilities across the organization. Critical to be actively engaged in developing and promoting effective data governance through documentation and adherence of standards to assure that the information produced and provided by the Analytics team is accurate and trusted as the source of truth.

This position is a remote role and requires travel to our Edison NJ location for quarterly meetings.

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required** :

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and/or applicable advanced technical certificate, and/or four (4) plus years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum of 4-7 years of experience working in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.

+ Demonstrated skills in Coding (SQL) and Business Intelligence products (i.e. Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, QLik, etc.).

+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (i.e. Excel/Sheets).

+ Healthcare system knowledge.

+ Experience with unstructured datasets.

+ Attention to detail and ability to think critically.

+ Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Ability to translate complex technical concepts.

+ Knowledge of the agile work process.

+ A desire to learn and intellectually curious.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred** :

+ Master's / PhD in computer science or related.

+ Minimum of 7+ years of experience working in data analyst role.
