REGIONAL SALES MANAGER -** **CLIENT
**_Overview_** :
The Regional Sales Manager – Client will be responsible for achieving Clients (Newman’s Own Inc.) sales volume, product distribution, merchandising and profit objectives. Managing and selling directly to key retailers as well as managing and directing assigned CROSSMARK customer personnel. This role is expected to deliver consistent experience and outcomes and develop win/win solutions for both Client & CROSSMARK.
_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_
+ Implements sales, merchandising and distribution programs directly with assigned customers.
+ Directs CROSSMARK to assist and Implement sales, merchandising and distribution programs with assigned customers.
+ Implements distribution, promotion, and sales programs to sell Clients (Newman’s Own) company products in all assigned classes of trade.
+ Understands and supports established Clients (Newman’s Own) Inc sales policies and procedures to ensure proper and effective treatment to customers.
+ Applies knowledge of Clients (Newman’s Own Inc) company products and services with customers and CROSSMARK to provide quality customer service.
+ Responsible for managing trade spending within approved budgets and clients (Newman’s Own Inc.) guidelines.
+ Reviews and resolves customer complaints in a professional and timely manner as directed and/or required.
+ Maintains good working relationship with retail customers.
+ Regularly meets with assigned customers to manage & execute sales, merchandising, and distribution objectives.
+ Regularly makes store visits to report on product conditions and availability.
+ Regularly works with CROSSMARK personnel to manage and execute sales, merchandising, and distribution objectives.
+ Manages monthly forecasting process for assigned customers with Client (Newman’s Own Inc).
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
+ Execute planning process and ensure we are delivering against Client objectives
+ Measure and communicate performance
+ Ensure BAM’s are linking customer strategy to client strategy to find mutually beneficial solutions.
**_Education:_** _Education/Experience:_ Bachelor’s degree in related field, work experience in sales or marketing for a minimum of 7+ years with experience
**_Knowledge & Skills_** _:_
+ Must have highly developed leadership, networking, relationship, sales strategy and planning, strategic thinking skills, collaboration and influencing,
+ Must have ability to effectively prioritize demands and follow through on commitments.
+ Working knowledge of Nielsen and syndicated data sources
+ Computer Skills _:_ Excel, Power Point,

**Working Conditions:** Office & Field Environments
**Travel Requirements:** Varies, 30 - 50%
