The **Digital Technology Services (DTS) Senior Data Analyst** is responsible for analyzing data, reporting results and indirect oversight of team members and their projects across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Creates timely and actionable data insights that create awareness and provide decision support to lead process improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes.

This position is a remote role and requires travel to our Edison NJ location for quarterly meetings.

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required** :

+ Bachelor's degree in data science or related field, and/or applicable advanced technical certificate, and/or four (4) plus years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare/clinical analytics.

+ Strong data science skills using tools like SQL, R, Python, or SAS.

+ Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations based on statistical inferences. Experience with a wide variety of analytical or statistical methods.

+ Strong ability to mentor and lead team members.

+ Strong ability to project manage.

+ Working knowledge of Business Intelligence products (i.e. Looker, Tableau, QLik, etc.).

+ Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with varying audiences.

+ Demonstrated ability to articulate goals, plan and implement processes to achieve those goals, recognize and assess the implications of confounding variables.

+ Independent working ability with strong time management skills.

**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred** :

+ Experience with Epic Clarity and Caboodle.

+ A Master's degree in data science or related field.
