**Koniag Data Solutions LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Mobile Device Administrator with a Secret clearance to support **KDS** and our government customer.

The Mobile Device Administratorserves as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for enterprise lifecycle management of mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, hotspots) and the inventory control of active cellular numbers under government telecommunications contracts. The specialist ensures compliance with federal mandates, internal policies, cost containment initiatives, and security posture requirements related to enterprise mobile technology and services. **Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret (U.S. Citizenship required).**
Essential Functions, Responsibilities, and Duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Serve as the central point of contact for all mobile device requests, distribution, retrieval, and returns across all bureau directorates.
+ Provide direct user support and coordinate with the IT Help Desk for mobile activation issues, SIM swaps, device troubleshooting, or lost/stolen incidents on-site M-F.
+ Coordinate with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms and carriers to ensure line optimization (suspending, disconnecting, or repurposing unused or duplicative lines).
+ Maintain device lifecycle records from procurement to decommissioning, including ownership tracking and condition assessments.
+ Integrate lessons learned into processes and procedures.
+ Maintain an authoritative and continuously updated inventory of all active cellular lines, including usage, line ownership, cost center, and device pairing.
+ Monitor and analyze cellular usage reports across all carriers and report anomalies (e.g., no usage, overages, international calls, data spikes).
+ Validate monthly telecom invoices and usage charges; escalate billing discrepancies for resolution.
+ Enforce standard issuance policies and validate all requests against eligibility criteria and mission requirements.
+ Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Program Offices for budget alignment, invoice certification, and service-level support.
+ Provide reporting as needed.
+ Coordinate with cybersecurity and IT security teams for compliance audits (e.g., FISMA audits, internal control reviews).
+ Train team members.
Requirements:
+ **US Citizen.**
+ **Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.**
+ **Bachelor's Degree.**
+ 3+ years of experience with mobile devices, including laptops and tablets.
+ 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing and fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge/experience in troubleshooting IT issues, providing end-user support, asset management, and securing mobile devices.
+ Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
+ Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Systems (Intune and other cellular billing systems).
+ Experience with an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS or equivalent) (ILMS).
+ ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform) experience preferred.
+ A+, MS certification, ITIL, or Security+ certification is preferred.
+ An understanding of managing tickets, email communication, and a working knowledge of MS Excel.
