Compensation:
+ The pay range for this position is $76,000-94,000 / year. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

A Typical Day for a Home Health Clinical Manager with WesleyLife at Home/Home Health:
+ **Mentorship and Team Development**
+ Mentors team on home health regulations and concepts (OASIS measures, homebound criteria, medical necessity, re-certification, admissions, resumption of services, client satisfaction).
+ Identifies team development needs and provides education.
+ Maintains and schedules new hire orientation and ensures training documentation.
+ **Compliance and Documentation**
+ Ensures visit compliance through routine co-visits and documentation.
+ Ensures compliance with standards and performs regular chart audits.
+ Manages ADR reviews, insurance denial appeals, interim orders, and 485s.
+ **Client and Team Management**
+ Oversees client safety and manages client/team member assignments.
+ Handles team member management: hiring, performance reviews, productivity monitoring, and timekeeping.
+ **Quality and Performance Improvement**
+ Participates in the QAPI committee.
+ **On-call and Clinical Support**
+ Participates in on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Travels as needed in various weather conditions.

+ 1 year: Full-time experience in home health is required.
Preferred
+ 2 years: Full-time supervisory or management work experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
