    Job Title: Global Compliance & Quality Leader

     

    Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Quality Management Systems, this exciting and visible role will be responsible for executing varied high value responsibilities across the globe including Momentive and International Management Systems Standards (ISO 14001 and Responsible Care; ISO 9001and IATF16949, and others). This individual will also be the partner to business quality leaders and collaborate to develop & implement Momentive Quality Standards. A technical expert, providing guidance on technical matters across the globe and will collaborating closely with multiple other functions throughout the organization to manage and execute projects in a manner that addresses business needs.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Support quality systems development and implementation (ISO9001, IATF 16949, and others, as needed)

    + Support, and lead as necessary, Global Quality audit program. Includes performing audits, analysis of audit results, and creating visibility to and communications of these results. Administration, review, and continuous improvement of the audit program are also critical elements of responsibility.

    + Support Sr. Manager, Global Quality Management Systems – and partner with other teammates – to develop & execute systems to ensure high levels of QMS compliance globally

    + Partner with other teammates, and with business quality leaders, to develop & execute strategy for relevant Quality Systems Information and Communications

    + Partner with business quality leaders to develop and implement Momentive Quality Standards, and to establish systems to drive high levels of standards / procedural compliance

    + Identify and Facilitate synergies between Momentive’s Safety Culture and Quality. Leverage EHS professionals to drive process improvement which are translatable to both EHS and Quality. Champion the establishment and reinforcement of safety and quality values, beliefs, and attitudes within the workforce to develop an interdependent culture. Create, partner with and involve others in culture program development and educational efforts.

    + Partner with EHS & QMS teams to support implementation & utilization of EHS & Quality digital solutions (GenSuite, SharePoint, GLIMS, Cority eMOC, etc.)

    + Provide oversight and direction to ensure Quality Systems training content is reliably available and is able to be effectively tracked. Develop and deliver to global audience as needed

    Travel:

    + Around 25%

    Qualifications:

    The following are required for the role

     

    + BS Degree in relevant technical discipline.

    + 5+ years of experience in chemical/industrial environment preferred

    + 3+ years QMS auditing experience

    + Compliance and management systems experience

    + Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.

    + Excellent communications skills with both internal and external personnel. Ability to collaborate in a global organization.

    + Demonstrated ability to generate and drive process improvements.

    + Proven experience in development of communications planning and execution

    + Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjust to changing priorities and make decisions with speed and accuracy based on available information.

    + Strong interpersonal skills, team player, capable of working within globally diverse, cross-functional, internal and external teams across different time zones with ability to effectively influence others to action.

    + High ethics and integrity including the ability to work on confidential matters.

    + Strong Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, GenSuite etc.)

    + Change management skills

    + Demonstrated capability and passion to learn new skills

     

    The following are preferred for this role

     

    + Black/Green Belt Certification

    + Lead Auditor experience

    + Quality Systems auditing experience

    + Demonstrated ability to deliver in a matrix organization

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

    What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $103,500 - $151,800

     

    The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable .     Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
