NTT Data is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide expert guidance on optimizing and modernizing our integration infrastructure in Jacksonville, FL on a **part time** basis.
Job Summary
The architect will support the assessment and discovery of new solutions (applications) as it pertains to their enterprise technology solution and core systems. The Enterprise Solutions Architect recommends standard, high-level principals and communicate processes to the technology teams. This role is expected to be an expert and familiar with end-to-end process creation and technology.
The architect proactively and holistically leads and supports enterprise architecture (EA) activities that guide the development and management of technical and infrastructure solutions. These solutions enable the organization’s future-state business capabilities and drive the organization’s targeted business outcomes. Technologies include data center, infrastructure, cloud, mobile, AI, security, edge computing and immersive experiences technologies.
Technical architect will provide the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of an enterprise’s technical and infrastructure architecture. Technical architects create deliverables that help develop target-state guidance (standards, guidelines, individual parts, platforms and configurations) for evolving the technical infrastructure across the enterprise to enable business strategy and deliver targeted business outcomes. They enable and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business outcomes through facilitating and making technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assess the companies proprietary integration hub and present viable replacement options, ensuring more flexibility and ownership over integration tools.
+ Conduct a market analysis of integration hubs that align with business needs and recommend best-fit solutions.
+ Evaluate current Salesforce CRM setup and provide recommendations on optimizing its integration with HealthEdge or transitioning to a more suitable CRM.
+ Provide strategic consulting on CRM configurations and industry best practices to maximize operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of integration solutions while mitigating disruptions to operations.
+ Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in healthcare integration hubs and CRM systems to provide informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years of relevant work experience within the realm of application engineering/architecture
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in Third-Party Administrator (TPA) health plans with a deep understanding of HealthEdge applications.
+ Minimum of 3 years comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities within a healthcare environment.
+ Minimum of 1 year hands-on expertise on with AWS
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Strong expertise in integration solutions with a history of implementing and optimizing proprietary and market-available integration hubs.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex solutions in a clear and actionable manner.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($100 - $110/ hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
