    Summary:

    The Music & Content Business Development team is looking for an individual to support deal operations related to our Music & Content investments. This role will be a core part of launching and optimizing programs and will enable the team to run effectively and efficiently across multiple product priorities. This role will work closely with the Deal teams as well as Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing, among others, to deliver results.This position sits within the Global Partnerships and Content organization and is a unique opportunity to lead deal enablement with cross-functional teams while supporting product priorities for Instagram & Facebook.

    Required Skills:

    Content Deal Operations Lead Responsibilities:

    1. Build and execute operational framework to implement program strategy through business requirements gathering, milestone planning, development, launch, stabilization and growth

    2. Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs, implement technical solutions, design new processes, and deliver leadership-sponsored initiatives

    3. Support go-to-market planning for new programs, including the skill to communicate strategy and goals, perform quantitative analysis, and optimize outcomes

    4. Work cross-functionally to drive execution and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure

    5. Provide regular program updates to leadership to report performance, progress, and highlight any issues that need buy-in with recommendations to move forward

    6. Identify opportunities to improve operational rigor by developing and sharing best practices across the organization, utilizing metrics, and incorporating cross-functional feedback to drive the best solutions

    7. Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple workstreams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders

    8. Capture task level details to document all items and highlight dependencies in a task management system

    9. Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and operational tactics for programs using sound analysis and impact metrics to support positions

    10. Provide problem-solving leadership related to the operational processes, identifying potential risks and the most critical issues to resolve

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    11. 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Operations, or 3+ years of experience with MBA or Master’s degree

    12. Demonstrated experience in operational rigor, taking ownership of day-to-day activities to run a business and experience designing, implementing, and scaling solutions

    13. Experience in meeting multiple objectives in a time-sensitive, highly iterative environment

    14. Demonstrated communication and presentation experience

    15. Demonstrated experience in problem solving, providing business insights and recommendations using data, and owning business requirements

    16. Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of stakeholders and clarifying/summarizing issues

    17. Project management skills with an eye for detail

    18. Experience leading a team in a cross-functional work setting

    19. Experience with managing financial analysis and budget forecasts and planning

    20. Experience with media, online advertising, consumer tech consulting or sales operations

    21. Experience in the tech and media industry and/or management consulting or investment banking

    22. Experience with designing and/or working with business management tools

    23. Experience working with technical teams to design solutions

    24. Knowledge or experience working in media industry, creator ecosystem, video communities and/or content regulation

    25. MBA or Master's degree

    Public Compensation:

    $129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
