Job Description:

With the guidance of the public relations director, the visual content producer plans, captures, and edits compelling video and photo content that supports the hospital’s public relations goals. This includes photography and videography at employee events and celebrations, community events, and narratives about the patient experience. Produce engaging and compelling visuals for our social media platforms that showcase our programs, services, and people. The visual content producer will work with members of the Public Relations team and key internal clients to bring our mission and brand to life through high-quality visual storytelling.

Salary Range:

$23.00- $32.30 an hour

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in film, photography, communications, media production, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years minimum of experience in video and photo production, ideally in a corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, or news/media environment.

Skills: Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless/compact cameras. Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or comparable tools.
