    **This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division.** Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active.     The Main Purpose of the Role

     

    The role is responsible for overseeing project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely completion while leading cross-functional teams to execute projects and solve problems. The candidate will manage detailed project plans, documentation, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

    Job Responsibilities

    + **Project Management** : Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule; create and manage detailed project plans and documentation.

    + **Team Leadership** : Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, drive milestones, and resolve issues.

    + **Reporting and Documentation** : Prepare and present reports; update project plans and documentation.

    + **Risk and Budget Management** : Assess and manage project risks; monitor budget variances.

    + **Collaboration and Decision Support** : Work with functional area representatives; assist in decision-making.

    + **Operational and Quality Practices** : Apply safety, quality, and change management practices; resolve quality issues.

    + **Regulatory Compliance** : Ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, and company policies; recommend and implement corrective actions.

    + **File and Data Management** : Maintain accurate records; assist with data collection and document creation/modification.

    + **Process Improvement** : Contribute to CAPA process improvements.

    Education Level

    Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) In a discipline appropriate to the project environment.

    Experience/Background

    + Minimum 7 years Relevant experience, including business / QA experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

    + Extensive experience with project management and general business principles required.

     

    The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
