Your Task

* Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll runs with accuracy and confidentiality.

* Enter new hires, status changes, offboardings and employee updates in the HRIS system.

* Review and reconcile employee timesheets and clock-in data.

* Approve Paid Time Off (PTO) requests in accordance with policy.

* Run and distribute regular and ad hoc payroll, attendance, and audit reports.

* Upload payroll documentation to vendor portals (e.g., registers, remittance files).

* Conduct basic HRIS training for new hires or managers as needed.

* Respond to employee inquiries about pay, PTO, or timekeeping issues.

* Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies.

* Support the HR, Finance and Payroll team with additional tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Effective communicator with a service mindset

* Problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

* 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or administration preferred

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or Business Analytics or similar business degree preferred.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

* Working knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.

* Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom UKG, Kronos, or similar), a plus
