    The Opportunity:

    CACI is seeking a talented junior-level Multimedia Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Instructional Designers, 2D Media Specialists, 3D Animators, and Subject Matter Experts to develop cutting-edge training content for Navy Aviation ratings as part of the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. Your creative skills will be put to use crafting engaging Lesson Plans, comprehensive Training Guides, challenging assessment questions, and innovative Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). If you're passionate about instructional design and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Review Government Furnished Information.

    • Support meetings with SMEs and ISDs.

    • Collaborate with SME to identify technical information from publications that supports learning objections for content development.

    • Leverage sound instructional design practices, adult learning theories, and performance improvement processes using the ADDIE Instructional Design Model.

    • Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.

    • Develop storyboards and courseware using Adobe Captivate.

    • Ensure 100% of individual work products comply with government style guides and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience.

    • 0-3 years of related work experience.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.

    • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Must possess an active secret security clearance

    _Desired:_

    + Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.

    + Experience working with media and designing screen layouts.

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     $43,900-$87,800
