The Opportunity:
As a Training and Communications Project Lead you will supervise teams in support of the DOJ Victim Compensation Fund project. Team focus will be on assisting the VCF Transformation team to deliver hands-on role-based training that empowers the VCF team, claimants, and law firms to understand the transformed process and be able to confidently use new systems to support their work.
Responsibilities:
+ Review the draft VCF Transformation Training Plan and collaborate with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to finalize training.
+ Manage the teams in Designing, developing, and delivering substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan and work with the system integrator who will provide test scenarios and myVCF system screenshots to inform the training materials.
+ Design, develop, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes. Substantive training includes curriculum and standardized materials related to policies and procedures for claim review, claim administration, quality control, and payment. The content for these training modules will be provided by VCF subject matter experts.
+ Design and create user-friendly, professional quality graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles necessary to inform and educate the public, law firms, and VCF staff about VCF Transformation and the related process and system changes.
+ In partnership with the VCF team and the system integrator, provide support to staff to ease the transition and ensure successful rollout of the transformed claim review and operational processes. The selected vendor will work with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to determine the overall training schedule and timeline.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
+ Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing training for clients
+ Must have experience using Adobe Captivate for training development
+ Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team Lead, and communicate updates to VCF leadership
+ Ability to manage multiple concurrent training workstreams, ensuring quality, on-time deliverables
+ Ability to design and develop comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules
+ Ability to develop training strategies and goals that align to the organization’s mission
+ Familiarity with adult learning principles
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly
+ Ability to work effectively across teams and other stakeholders, including Federal staff , other contractors, and external stakeholders

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
