Job Description:
Vaxcom, (A Parsons Company) is looking for a seasoned leader in Electronic Warfare (EW) technology and project management for the role of Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager. This Subject Matter Expert (SME) level position ensures EW systems meet operational needs and technical specifications, and delivers expert-level training to technicians and end-users on specialized EW equipment.
Specifically, the Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager will:
Provide expert-level input to the Client, driving requirements development for complex EW system design, enhancement, and integration.
Provide day-to-day coordination and oversight of technical personnel supporting the installation, operations, and maintenance of EW systems.
Develop, maintain, and update training materials, lesson plans, and field guides for deployed EW equipment, including creation of materials for new EW systems and technologies, as needed.
Provide instruction to program technical personnel and Client end-users on the use, care, and maintenance of EW systems.
Implement train-the-trainer program for EW technical personnel to develop their field operational training capabilities.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience supporting EW technical requirements to include installation, testing, and maintenance of EW platforms.
5+ years experience in technical R/F electronics testing and maintenance.
3+ years of direct experience installing and uninstalling technical devices/systems on vehicle platform involving manipulation of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience in briefing preparation, presentation, and delivery of verbal and visual reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
1+ year project management experience
1+ year of cumulative experience in the foreign field to include hostile and denied areas and conflict zones.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
B. S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience supporting cUAS, and cRCIED programs.
Experience training EW end users on cUAS and cRCIED systems.
US Military experience
Experience in Air Traffic Control (ATC) or Air Space Management.
FAA 107 license.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
