Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Data and Reporting Team as part of our ongoing digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data, reporting, and ERP systems, with the ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them for a technical team. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, exceptional documentation skills, the ability to effectively manage a backlog of work, and a commitment to best practices and innovative solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Lead the collaboration with senior business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze comprehensive requirements for data and reporting needs.

+ Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.

+ Partner with the development team to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.

+ Oversee and coordinate testing activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reporting solutions.

+ Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and secure signoff from senior business stakeholders.

+ Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

+ Independently manage the backlog of work, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.

+ Provide expert-level support and training to business users on data and reporting tools and solutions.

+ Design and implement performance metrics to continuously measure and assess solution performance and effectiveness.

+ Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the data and reporting domain.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data and reporting.

+ Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric).

+ Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders to elicit and document complex requirements.

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

+ Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is extremely preferred.

+ Working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience managing a scrum board and backlog.

+ Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives and/or ERP implementation.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
