    Responsibilities:

    + Operate machinery effectively to ensure smooth production processes

    + Quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations

    + Document any defective or scrapped products according to company guidelines

    + Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal condition

    + Conduct preventive maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns

    + Keep detailed records of equipment readings and maintenance procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in plant operations or similar field

    + Familiarity with various plant tools and equipment

    + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure

    + Physically capable of handling the demands of the job

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key

    + Proficiency with Computers
