    Your role and responsibilities

    Manager, Sales Insights and Analytics, IBM Corporation, Bellevue, WA (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):

    * Manage all aspects of sales analytics and insights on the centralized analytics team.

    * Manage analysts through excellent communication and expectations to meet business needs in a fast changing environment. Handle continual training and development of team.

    * Communicate regularly with business stakeholders and manage leadership expectations.

    * Build thorough understanding of the data systems, business applications, and analytics needs of a sales organization. Search continuously for opportunities to grow and improve operational efficiencies with data solutions.

    * Coordinate directly with support and development teams for reporting requests to effectively address business needs and follow up on enhancements to reporting.

    * Train and support end users on designated business applications and reporting tools. Create and maintain user and system documentation, including guides, templates, data dictionaries, data flows.

    * Utilize: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau data visualization dashboards, Data Transformation and Extraction using SQL, Forecasting methodologies Salesforce CRM.

     

    Required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Analytics or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Manager, Senior Manager or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau data visualization dashboards, Data Transformation and Extraction using SQL, Forecasting methodologies, Salesforce CRM. $215862 per year.     Required technical and professional expertise
