+ **Earn $19.00 per Hour**

+ Full-time position

+ Pay increases at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years!

+ 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, with mandatory overtime

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Data entry to include, but not limited to: repair orders, home and road fuel and vehicle data.

2. Performs accurate spot check reports and determines the status of all trailers (inbound & outbound) to include utilizing a yard management system (YMS), trailer reports, downloading and formatting information and distribution of daily, biweekly and monthly yard check.

3. Produces reports for management including Cost per Mile (CPM), rates, recoup warranty dollars from parts vendor.

4. Coordinates returns to vendors.

5. Verifies status of all trailers weekly.

6. Filing to include, but not limited to: repair orders, Driver Vehicle Condition Report (DVCR) and other information such as outside invoices for repairs and warranty work.

7. Assists in the answering of office phones, taking messages and conveying information accurately.

8. Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports for both yard and maintenance requirements.

9. Assists in the coordinating of all purchases and paperwork for tractor and trailer titles, license tags and registrations for all locations. Assist in performing annual renewal for licensing.

10. Monitors fuel levels and maintains inventory reports. Fills out monthly fuel inventory, records daily, checks daily fuel consumption entries for mistakes and omissions and orders fuel as needed to maintain fuel tank at fullest possible level.

11. Manages tire and parts inventory.

12. Documents and gathers pertinent accident information before presenting to management.

13. Manages vendor claims for equipment damage, collects from carrier and updates databases for received claims. Produces and sends reports to management.

14. Maintains fleet management system/excel spreadsheet to ensure DOT/Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Annual Inspections are on schedule. Produces daily reports of trailers due for service.

15. Tracks in fleet management system/excel when Switcher/Tractor units need to be serviced.

16. Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.

17. Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Transportation department.

18. Follows all Company policies and procedures.

19. All other duties as assigned.
