Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support W.V.U. Medicine in Morgantown West Virginia!

+ W.V.U. Medicine in Morgantown West Virginia
Shift Details
+ Site Manager position will work either as Part Time or Full Time (this decision is not reversible!)
+ All shifts are Monday - Friday
+ Will need to work a mix of morning and evening shifts to coach & develop the team.
+ Part Time - 25 hours per week.
+ Full Time - 35-40 hours per week
+ Only Full Time Site Manager will be offered plan benefits!
+ Morning Shift
+ 5:30am - 9:30am
+ Evening Shift
+ 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Minimum Requirements
+ Over the age of 21years old.
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
+ Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
+ Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (Restricted Permit or Probationary License is not accepted )
+ Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
+ At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
+ At least two years of shuttle or bus driver experience with a strong, personable, customer-centric approach required
+ Being a safe and responsible driver, following all traffic laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities
+ Train, coach, and develop the team daily
+ Create and manage the schedule of direct reports
+ Actively assist the team with all daily shuttle services
+ Establish and maintain a friendly working relationship with hospital staff and management
+ Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a high bar for what strong work ethic looks like for your team
+ Report and document incidents, accidents, or claims with the appropriate Corporate representative
When Shuttling guests
+ Greet and welcome guests to the healthcare facility
+ Answer guests' questions regarding offices or department locations
+ Follow a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off patients, visitors, and guests.
+ Assist patients, visitors, and guests on and off the shuttle when help is needed
+ Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information pertaining to the shuttle
When not shuttle-driving:
+ Coach and develop your team by performing occasional ride-alongs and collaborating with your corporate team on best practices for safety, performance management, and training
+ Assist guests by opening doors, handling luggage, wheelchairs/walkers, and assisting with entering or exiting the shuttle
+ Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the day
+ Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment inside and outside of shuttle

Job Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature of work and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned.
+ Operate a laptop/tablet daily to manage communication, run reports, complete trainings, and daily inspections of vehicles
+ Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure superior operating standards are met through proper scheduling.
+ Create and manage the weekly schedule of all direct reports
+ Attract and retain a diverse team of top talent, by daily training, coaching, and developing the team
+ Motivate and empower a team to provide world-class shuttle services and lead by example.
+ Demonstrate leadership skills and continuously elevate your team’s customer service skills
+ Effectively build relationships with hospital staff and team
+ Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, or claims with the appropriate Corporate representative
+ This role will require continuous sitting and driving throughout the entire shift, engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather conditions
+ Physical involvement may include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of our shuttle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
When shuttling guests

Position Qualifications
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
+ Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
+ Over the age of 21 years old
+ At least two years of supervisory or management experience required
+ Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
+ Possess a valid active driver's license (No Permits or Probationary License)
+ Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role
+ Safely and physically able to up to 50 lbs
+ Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, guests, and team
+ Can communicate clearly/effectively and able to motivate/lead a diverse team
+ Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
+ Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English
