What you will learn and work with:
+ Performing routine cell-based assays, including ELISA and cell culture-based methods, to support product testing.
+ Executing work in a GMP or GMP-like environment, following established protocols and documentation standards.
+ Supporting GMP testing for drug products, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
+ Practicing and maintaining environmental containment procedures.
+ Ensuring proper documentation and reporting aligned with good documentation practices.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support quality control and product development timelines.
Minimum Skills:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field).
+ 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience
+ Hands-on experience with cell culture and ELISA.
+ Familiarity with working in a regulated/GMP-like lab environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures.
+ Candidates within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply

Desired Skills:
+ Familiarity with OEB-5 compound handling and environmental containment practices.
+ Familiarity with method qualification or validation under GMP.
+ Previous work experience in a QC or regulated lab setting.
+ Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply.
