The Role

The Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of projects involving the construction of OSP facilities, building, road moves, etc. Will create engineering of individual projects for relocations or new installation of fiber network working within fiscal guidelines for funding requests. Oversees the construction process from conceptualization to completion including the oversight of contactors, various trade workers and project managers while staying within budget and delivering projects on timelines. Effectively monitors and manages engineering and construction quality and completion of work and resolves issues. Accurately reports on the progress of a project and updates databases as applicable, e.g. CDFS, Road moves, Maintenance, Damage Claim projects and Business as Usual.

This position is located in Las Vegas, NV.

The Main Responsibilities

+ End to end project management

+ Relationship building with Vendors

+ Quality audit of work performed by vendors

+ Responsible for work load balancing among resources

+ Responsible for functional management of a market

+ Field interface for engineering or construction

+ Outside Conduit experience.

+ Experience reading plans and drawings. Civil and engineering

+ Familiar with Surveys

+ Typically responsible for a single discipline

+ Moderate to Complex work using external vendors: network expansion, relocations, building adds

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.

+ Fully seasoned with typically 5+ years professional experience.

+ Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office

+ Fluent on current approved products and technology

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: NV
