    Responsibilities:

    + The Managed Care Financial Analyst Sr. performs financial analyses of patient data for BayCare Hospitals, Ancillary Facilities, and Physician Practices.

    + Develops and produces financial analyses and reports for health system management.

    + Models contracts performance in adjudication systems and Excel during the contract negotiation process.

    + Serves as Primary Contact for contract/managed care payer claims and operational issues resolution for assigned payers.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + This position will require an advanced level of Excel and reporting skills.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 5 years - Accounting; Or - 5 years - Financial Analysis; Or - 5 years - Data Analysis; Or - 3 years - Relevant experience with Masters

    Preferred:

    + 5 years - Healthcare; Preferred - 2 years - Report Writing
