    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Purpose

     

    Provides the necessary craft for maintenance and renovation of the building structures, finishes, furnishings, and all other duties as required.

    Responsibilities

    + Keeps equipment clean and operational. Handles and disposes of hazardous and or infectious waste properly and practices infection control. Adheres to regulatory guidelines.

    + Produces professional, high quality construction and coating applications utilizing standard painter and carpentry skills.

    + Performs layout and planning of construction tasks.

    + Documents labor hours and material usage for capital projects.

    + Plans and performs preventative and corrective maintenance according to approved procedures, department policies, and manufacturer's specifications.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Experience

    + 2-5 years

    Supervisor Experience

    + No Experience
