    What You'll Be Doing

    + Oversee operations related to Ready Mix Concrete and Sand & Gravel.

    + Conduct routine maintenance for the fleet, coordinating with the mechanic at our shop in Bath, NY.

    + Travel for day trips as needed.

    + Perform tasks including logging, data management, and timekeeping.

    + Act as the safety leader at the site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong commitment to safety.

    + Proficiency in reading and managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.

    + Comfortable with employee development and discipline.

    + Mechanical experience would be a huge plus.

    + 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

    + Day shift with potential early starts during busy seasons

    + Solid 10-hour workdays.

    + Occasionally work overnight or holidays, but not routinely.
