What You'll Be Doing
+ Oversee daily operations of the quarry pit to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Coordinate with teams to manage extraction and processing activities.
+ Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
+ Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
+ Prepare reports and maintain records of production and operations.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Proficiency in operating and maintaining quarry equipment.
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
+ Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
+ Effective communication and organizational skills.
Essential Experience and Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years in aggregate production or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
+ Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
+ Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
Work Environment
+ Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
+ Physical demands including lifting, standing, and walking.
+ Collaborative and dynamic team setting.
Physical Demands of the Job
+ Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel.
+ Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
+ Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
+ Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
