The Area Operations Manager – RMC, will be based in Vancouver, WA and oversee all RMC operations in the Portland, Oregon Metro area.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

+ Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.

+ Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

+ Lead and develop a high-performing team.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

+ Maintain relationships with the community and with our customers, including regular communication and job site visits as appropriate.

What Are We Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or logistics or equivalent education and experience preferred.

+ Minimum 5 years RMC experience and 3 years at a managerial level

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Competency in managing a P&L & creating budget & forecasts.

+ Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

What We Offer

+ Competitive base salary - $107,270 - $143,023
