    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate gasoline or diesel powered loader for material transportation.

    + Make and repair roads

    + Level stripping banks and stock piles

    + Performing lubrication, inspection, and preventative maintenance duties necessary to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition.

    + Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.

    + Strong understanding of material handling and loading procedures.

    + Effective communication skills and teamwork mindset.

    + Ability to follow safety guidelines and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

    + Willingness to take initiative and assist in various yard tasks as needed.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    What We Offer
