    This is a 2nd shift postion working Monday to Thursday from 2:30pm to 1am. The hourly rate of pay is $19.93.

     

    Dal-Tile is currently seeking an eager and motivated Mixer/Car Unloader to join our TEAM! As a Mixer Car Unloader, you will operate various body preparation equipment for production.

    Major Function and Scope

    + Operates various body preparation equipment.

    + Records batch information on bins.

    + Vacuums and brushes mixing equipment as necessary between color changes.

    + Performs required quality checks.

    + Loads and unloads trucks as needed.

    + Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.

    + Follows standard operating and safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment.

    + Keeps area safe, clean and organized.

    + Performs other related duties as required.

    Experience and Knowledge Required

    + 1 year previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience.

    Competencies

    + Good oral and written communications skills.

    + Good record keeping skills.

    + Good listening skills.

    + Accurate measurement capability.

    + Ability to understand and speak basic English.

    + Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.

    + Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
