BJC HealthCare is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Contracts Mgr. to assist with training contract managers, and serving as a buffer between our legal team to streamline red line negotiation process.
Ideal candidates will have a strong contracts background and experience in leadership or training.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Lead all Supply Chain Contract Managers in drafting, interpreting, and negotiating quality, minimal risk contracts for BJC Health System.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as escalation point for Contract Managers providing expertise to resolve contracting negotiations.
+ Establish and maintain, in partnership with BJC Legal Dept. and others, BJC's contracting standards including playbooks and contract templates.
+ Develop a contract standards training plan and host reoccurring training (onboarding and reoccurring) for Supply Chain Contract Managers.
+ Provide expertise to support Contract Managers in negotiating critical, strategic, and high risk contracts.
+ Serve as liaison between Supply Chain and BJC Legal Dept. regarding contracting matters.
