    POSITION** **SUMMARY

    In this role, you will be responsible to lead, develop and implement marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to effectively position Agiliti service product offerings, drive customer loyalty and engagement, and generate demand. You will work closely with the Marketing team, Product Management and Strategy team, Sales team and other teams as assigned to develop a marketing infrastructure and associated programs that integrate with existing and new marketing channels to meet and exceed key business goals.

    PRIMARY** **OBJECTIVES** **AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Definesand implementsmarketing strategies for Agiliti service offerings, including go-to-market strategies and content marketing programs,to enable the sales team, increase brand awareness anddrivecustomerengagement and leadsthatincreaserevenueand enhance retention.

    + Servesas a trusted marketing expert forthe company, the sales team, acquired companies and business partners.

    + Developscontentassetsand marketing programsfor all channels in the marketing ecosystem, including digital and social channels, direct marketing,marketing campaigns,literature and sales tools,customer testimonials,case studies,tradeshows, salesmeetingsand others as directed.

    + Proactively createscontent, commercial insights andmarketingassets that resonate with target audience(s) and utilize effective competitive and market positioning,optimizingthe path toleadconversionand revenue attainment.

    + Partnerswith the Product Management team to develop and launch training and sales enablement programs to effectively position Agiliti service products and deliver a positive sales experience.

    + Measuresimpact of marketing effortsand achieve specific results for demand generation, incremental sales, brandand service productawareness andoverallbrand equity while maintaining established budget parameters.

    + Workscollaboratively with Marketing team, cross-functionalteamsand external resourcesto ensure consistencyofoverall brand and service product positioning.

    + Supportsthe integration of company mergers and acquisitions through effective communication, rebrand activities and marketing program while maintaining brand consistency and alignment to overall brand positioning.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + 5+years of experience in corporate marketing,preferablyin a health care and business-to-business marketing environment.

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business administration or equivalent combination of education or experience.

    + Experience in creatingmarketingstrategies and developing/editing content and creative assets for the web, social media,salesenablementandtraditional marketing channels.

    + Experience with Challenger Selling strongly preferred.

    + Willingnessto travel up to 15%.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    + Outstanding writing skills and strong creative aptitude.

    + Proven leadership skills, expert project management skills and high attention to detail.

    + Passion for writing strategic copy and creative content for multiple audiences in a fast-paced and evolving health care environment.

    + Has aneditorial mindset that seeks to understand audience drivers and then translate that into original content for specific marketing channels.

    + Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google analytics, and top social channels.

    + Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions with proactive approach to problem identification and solving.

    + Ability to build partnerships and effectively establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and vendors.

    $80,433.79 - $128,609.17

This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown._ _For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay._ _The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors. Dependent on the position offered, short-term and/or long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation.
