Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $21.00 per hour. Based upon Union Contract Provisions. Must fill required containers with short goods products. Follow the requirements of the customer and company specifications. Maintaining safe and sanitary conditions of the packaging areas.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

+ Constantly check the product for quality, intermixing, or contamination

+ Seal containers in the required manner and stamped with proper codes

+ Constantly pack trays of Manicotti including straighten and inspection for inconsistencies

+ Performs shutdown sanitation

+ Must be able to meet production requirements

+ Other duties assigned by the lead or manager

Essential Requirements:

+ **1 year** of experience in **a manufacturing** environment **preferred**

+ **1 year** of experience in a **food manufacturing** _(factory setting)_ environment **preferred**

+ Ability communication in English.

+ Ability to communicate and follow work, GMP, and safety instructions.

+ Must be able to work any day on the any shift, including weekends and holidays.

+ Must have physical ability and strength to perform assigned tasks.

+ Required to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.

+ Required to stand, talk, hear, use hands to finger, handle or feel, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms as needed.

+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line

+ Must be able to communicate and work in a team environment

+ Must be able to work any shift based upon Production Needs

Education

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
