Corporate Tax Professional

We are currently seeking a **Corporate Tax Professional** to join our dynamic Jefferson Wells tax team. This is a primarily remote Direct Hire position, and an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in working with a team of seasoned tax professionals and one requiring a hands-on approach in the areas of Tax Compliance and Provision.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and review **Federal, State, and Local tax returns** .

+ Assist with **tax audits** and respond to tax notices.

+ Prepare **tax provisions** in accordance with ASC 740.

+ Utilize **OneSource Income Tax and Corptax** software for tax compliance and provision tasks.

+ Use **advanced Excel skills** for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

+ **Bachelor’s degree in accounting** is **required.**

+ **CPA or Masters in Tax** is preferred. Candidates in the process of obtaining either are also encouraged to apply.

+ **4+ years’ experience** within Big 4 or Large Public Company **required.** A mix of both is preferred.

+ Experience with **OneSource Tax Provision** software is a plus.

**Compensation Range:** $75,000 - $100,000
