Our client, Steel Manufacturing is seeking a production laborer to join their team. As a production laborer, you will be assigned a role and work with a team to meet production demands. The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **problem-solving abilities** , and **attention to detail** , which will align successfully with the demands of the steel manufacturing industry.
Job Title: Production Laborer
Pay Range: $14.14 + Weekly Production bonus
+ Operate and maintain machinery for steel production and fabrication.
+ Monitor and inspect steel products to ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.
+ Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
