    Our client is seeking a Crystal Growth Technician to join their team. As a Crystal Growth Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Crystal Growth Technician

    Shift** : 7-3:30 Weekends are a **MUST

    **Location:** Rockford, TN

    **Pay Range:** $24.00

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.

    + Grow crystals used in imaging equipment to meet production demands.

    + Mix raw materials to a specified mixture accurately.

    + Monitor various crystal growth processes and maintain operational records.

    + Ensure compliance with safety procedures and process documentation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

    + Comfortable working in a hot environment.

    + Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Experience in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment is preferred.
