Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Support Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Support Engineer 4, you will be part of the Customer Support team supporting Cloud products and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Support Engineer 4
**Location:** Remote - PST hours
**Pay Range:** $30/hr - $35/hr
What's the Job?
+ Provide timely and effective technical support to customers using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, resolving their queries and issues through various communication channels.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Defender for Cloud and Sentinel deployments, including investigating security alerts and configuration problems.
+ Guide customers through the implementation and configuration of Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with security best practices.
+ Educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Defender for Cloud and Sentinel, empowering them to maximize their investment in Microsoft security solutions.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum 5+ years experience in a prior tech support role.
+ Minimum 3+ years experience with working knowledge of Azure Cloud and at least one of the following: Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Sentinel, or Log Analytics.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on cloud-based security solutions.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
+ Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
