• Senior Java Developer (SE3)

    Our client is seeking a **Java Developer** with strong full stack skills and the ability to build applications from the ground up. This role supports risk-related technology initiatives, so a solid understanding of **Risk frameworks and controls** is essential.

     

    _Title: Java Developer_

     

    _Location: Woodbridge Township, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)_

     

    _12+ Month Contract_

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and build scalable, secure applications from scratch

    + Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver compliant, risk-aware solutions

    + Review and address moderately complex engineering challenges

    + Contribute to planning and delivery of enterprise software projects

    Required Experience:

    + 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer

    + Hands-on with **Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices**

    + Frontend: **Angular 7/8, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS**

    + Backend: **SQL, MongoDB, Liquibase, REST API development**

    + Container tools: **Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift**

    + CI/CD: **Jenkins, Maven, Harness, GitHub**

    + DevSecOps: **SonarQube, Checkmarx, Black Duck**

    + Monitoring: **Splunk, ELK Stack, AppDynamics**

    + Cloud: **GCP, Azure, OpenShift (OCP)**

    + Testing: **Junit, Postman, Selenium, RestAssured**

    + Scripting: **Python, Bash, Shell**

    + Prior experience supporting or building systems tied to **Risk or Compliance**
