• Second Shift Machine Operator

    We are seeking a detail-oriented **Machine Operator** to operate and maintain a single machine while ensuring the production of high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision measuring instruments and be able to follow manufacturing guidelines to meet exact specifications.

     

    **Location:** Newton NC

    **Pay Range:** $18.00/HR

    **Shift:** (2nd) 2:00PM - 10:00PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate a machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining functions.

    + Use precision measuring instruments to maintain accuracy and quality standards.

    + Determine proper feeds and speeds to achieve optimal machining results.

    + Set up and maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + Follow safety procedures and company policies.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to read and write in English.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machine operations.
