    Responsibilities:

    + Contact via telemarketing and email marketing decision making individuals of prospective commercial insurance clients directly to secure their interest in HUB services.

    + Schedule new business appointments for HUB Producers to present HUB services to prospect and discuss present and future needs with hopes of securing new clients to the organization.

    + Work together with Producers on specific industry focused campaigns to broaden HUB’s market share in verticals identified by HUB.

    + Assist Producers in communicating with prospects via phone and/or email to move the sales process along and gather necessary underwriting information.

    + Individuals with aspirations to become Producers can start their career in Inside Sales as an entry into the industry. The ISR learns the ins and outs of the business, the jargon necessary to intelligently speak with prospects, and the behaviors necessary to become a successful Producer

    Qualifications:

    + College degree or equivalent work experience

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Hub Northeast will assist in obtaining your P&C license as well as Brokers license.

     

    The expected pay range for this position is $27.47 an hour to $29.13 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
