Job Summary and Qualifications

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for all performance improvement activities including leadership coordination of PI projects with other departments. They must stay knowledgeable in TJC and CMS requirements and make sure that those requirements are implemented and sustained throughout the organization. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is also responsible for leadership of improvement projects related to quality improvement and patient safety with clinical, administrative, and support services. They must have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze quality improvement data and report outcomes to clinical, administrative, and medical staff on an ongoing basis. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will also manage hospital-wide policies and ensure that compliance to regulatory requirements is supported in policies. This employee will participate in the peer review process and maintains physician practice data.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied Health field preferred

+ 3 years professional experience working in a health care setting with a focus on clinical quality improvement or patient safety required
