Job Summary and Qualifications
•The Recruiting Manager oversees a team of recruiters/associate recruiters for our Central and West Texas division and participates in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates and talent acquisition strategy. This role will also organize, implement and manage recruitment activities across multiple lines of business
What you will do in this role:
+ Manage a team of recruiters including hiring, training, coaching, development, performance and talent calibration, and engagement action planning, and assigning requisitions ensuring open requisitions are filled in an effective, efficient manner with the most qualified, best fit candidates and team members are actively engaged in their training and development.
+ Counsels and advises recruiters/associate recruiters and hiring managers in job offer details to hiring managers, including experience ratings and research on internal equity and candidate selection decision-making meetings.
+ Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients in line of business and divisions through rounding, strategy meetings with business leaders, collecting and processing requisition requests to fill new or vacant positions, advising managers on the extension of job offers, and participating in selection decision-making meetings.
+ Optimize efficiency and drive accountability by evaluating current trends and identifying process issues in order to continuously improve.
+ Researches, analyzes, synthesizes, and presents recruiting metrics to identify trends and develop strategy.
+ Understands the business environments, trends impacting the healthcare industry, and growth opportunities and uses that information to develop and execute strategies to address those levers and drivers of the business.
+ Develop and execute event and local marketing strategy as a component of overall talent acquisition strategy including attending / coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events.
+ Maintains memberships in / rapport with professional associations. Maintains knowledge of talent acquisition and HR systems as well as emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruiting practices.
+ Perform others duties as assigned.
What qualification you will need:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 5+ years of experience in relevant work experience, required
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in management, required
+ Healthcare Recruiter experience, preferred
