Summary:

Job Purpose: To effectively manage and quote commercial gear jobs with business to business clients

We're looking for a key individual who's a hard worker and quick learner that can join our fast paced projects/quote department. The following attributes are necessary to be part of the team:

+ Process and release gear projects from customer purchase orders and submittal packages

+ Communicate job status updates, ship schedules, billing and change orders

+ Great communicator and problem solver during tight deadlines and urgent requests

+ Manages multiple jobs/quotes with multiple customers

+ Communicates with account representatives, account executives, customers, and project quotes to ensure the job and resulting orders are complete.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

+ Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly

+ Coordinate deliveries between our warehouse and customers

+ Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships

+ Accurately bill for materials shipped

+ Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues

+ Successfully work with vendors to facilitate receiving and resending quotes.
