Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Project Manager for a financial institution within the global financial crimes line of business. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead a major project focused on this critical area.
Position Overview: The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a major project aimed at addressing global financial crimes. This role involves close collaboration with another project manager and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably with experience as a developer or analyst, and extensive project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead technical teams to deliver project objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Collaborate closely with another project manager to ensure alignment and coordination across all project activities.
Oversee enterprise change management processes, including preparation for releases.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and technical execution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong technical background.
Previous experience as a developer or analyst is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in project management, including enterprise change management and release preparation.
Strong understanding of financial crimes and related regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working at Bank of America.
Familiarity with PPRT (Project Portfolio and Resource Tracking) tool.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. null
