Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join an existing team for a large financial institurion in any of the following locations on a hybrid schedule- Charlotte, NC OR Plano, TX OR Hopewell, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, risk, compliance, and/or audit, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for technology. This role involves significant reporting, data analysis, and the creation of presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and support various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

Risk and Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, manage compliance issues, and support audit activities.

Reporting and Analysis: Create consistent and comprehensive reports, PowerPoint decks, and other presentation materials. Perform data analysis, including semantic analysis and risk assessments.

Team Interaction: Collaborate with team members and peers across different teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Meeting Involvement: Participate in weekly meetings, contributing to discussions and providing updates on project milestones and issues management.

Work Distribution:

Meeting Involvement: 15%

Reporting and Team Interactions: 85% - This includes producing consistent packages, coordinating milestones, managing deadlines, and planning approved activities.

Additional Information:

This role may involve some level of data analysis tied to semantic analysis and risk assessments.

The candidate will support project management work and may take on additional risk-related activities over time.

Skills and Requirements

2-5 years of project management experience.

Strong background in risk, compliance, and audit.

Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

o Ability to integrate Tableau data into presentations.

Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations but not necessarily presenting them. Previous experience OR familiarity with financial institutions and regulatory environments. null
