Job Description

This position involves developing and maintaining applications across various platforms, performing technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, and implementation of software. It also includes backend and web UI development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Software Development: Research, design, write, test, and maintain software programs.

Design Specifications: Develop and review design specs, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

System Integration: Integrate existing software products and create linking code.

Documentation: Create and update technical and operational documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, analysts, and DBAs; update technical knowledge continuously.

Project Planning: Plan, implement, and communicate project status; ensure quality and compliance with IT security policies.

Skills and Requirements

Technical Proficiencies/Knowledge:

Bachelor's Degree in CS, MIS, CE, or similar field.

8+ years in Object-Oriented Development, particularly N-Tier programming in distributed systems.

5 years of full-stack Java application development.

Proficient in Java coding, JavaScript, GitHub, Jenkins Pipeline, Spring Framework. (nice to have)

Strong knowledge of Angular, REACT, SQL Server (preferred), Oracle.

Experience with SQL, SQL tuning, complex queries.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (especially Scrum), AWS, Azure DevOps, Azure API APIM, Gateway, AKS.

Leadership in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation of solutions.

Data analysis and data structure design.

Non-Technical Proficiencies/Knowledge:

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal).

Self-motivated in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Adaptable to frequent changes in work environment and prioritization.

Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.

Innovative and creative in solution design and programming.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter and enjoys fast-paced work.

Leadership skills to develop a cohesive team environment and lead development projects.

Practical judgment in escalating tasks or projects that impose risk to timeline or cost. null
