Job Description
This role involves managing the paint systems process, including sealer, pretreat, paint mix & color booths across two paint shops. You'll oversee the operation of up to 50 FANUC robots and union hourly employees. Key responsibilities include defining manufacturing processes and the training and development of team members. Youll also ensure efficient material flow for paint and sealer systems and provide technical direction for troubleshooting trades. The role may involve developing and testing advanced process technology.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of paint experience in a manufacturing environment
Supervisory experience
Mechanical experience ability to troubleshoot equipment
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Familiar with robots/experience with Fanuc paint robots
Need to come from somewhere where they had robots that spray paint, they will be responsible for making robots paint, the quality of the job, and troubleshooting the equipment. null
