Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Program Manager to participate as a member of Research & Development Agile development teams within our clients Digital Unit. The Program Manager's highest priority is to make sure the team is unblocked and ensure all team members are aware of the desired outcome and release dates. Program Manager's engage in typical project management activities such as monitoring & reporting on progress, spending and risks while acting as the point person for all communications and logistics related to the project team.

This Program Manager will be assisting with a product release. Daily responsibilities consist of facilitating of constructing the design and development plan, reaching out to stakeholders within different countries and time zones, and working with regulatory groups, operations teams, and clinical teams.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $70/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

- 6+ Years Program/Product Management Experience, 5+ years of experience preferably in a R&D, engineering, or project management role, interfacing with new product development

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Healthcare Medical Device or Medical IT industry is desired. 3+ years' experience in Agile development

- Experience communicating with business development, marketing, and other product focused roles as well as engineering teams.

- Experience working & communicating with Global leaders & stakeholders in different time zones

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

- Competency in critical thinking and analysis - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, scientific fields, or computer science; advance degree such as - MBA or MS desired - Past Engineering Experience

- Cloud SAAS Experience

- Azure Devops/ADO Experience null
